Horsepower Networking LLC ("HPN", "we", "our") is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information and privacy of our automotive community members, shop owners, and merchandise purchasers. This Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, the lawful bases for processing, and your individual rights under state and federal law (including California CCPA/CPRA regulations).

02. Information We Collect

We may collect information directly from you when you register an account, order merchandise, submit a quote request, or submit a build to our Car Showcase:

• Account Identifiers: Full name, email address, password hash, role (Enthusiast, Shop Owner, or Admin).
• Vehicle & Build Data: Make, model, year, dyno horsepower, engine specifications, modification details, and vehicle media uploaded to the registry.
• Transactional Data: Shipping address, order history, billing contact details, and payment confirmation tokens. Note that full credit card numbers are handled directly by PCI-DSS certified processors (Square / Stripe) and are never stored on HPN servers.
• Technical Telemetry: Device identifiers, browser type, IP address, and interaction analytics to ensure platform security and stability.

03. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely for authentic business purposes, including:

• Operating and managing your Driver Portal and Member Dashboard.
• Processing merchandise transactions, shipping tracking, and order fulfillment.
• Connecting you with verified tuning facilities and dispatching quote inquiries to requested partner shops.
• Publishing verified vehicle entries to the community Member Car Showcase.
• Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraudulent activities or unauthorized account access.

We never sell your personal data: Horsepower Networking does not sell, rent, or lease personal member contact information to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

04. Cloud Infrastructure & Data Security

Our platform leverages Google Cloud Firebase (including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to provide robust, enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3 / SSL). Access to administrative user ledgers is strictly guarded by Firebase Security Rules and multi-factor executive authentication.

05. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request complete deletion of your account and vehicle showcase entries. To exercise your rights, please submit a formal request to our executive desk.
